Tyler Winik elected chair-elect of Runway to Hope's Emerging Leaders Board

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Tyler Winik was unanimously elected to serve as chair-elect of the Runway to Hope Emerging Leaders Board at the board's October meeting.

A leading philanthropic entity in helping to end pediatric cancer, Runway to Hope was founded by prominent defense counsel Mark NeJame and his wife, Josie. The charity has raised millions to combat childhood cancer and to directly help the organization's family assistance fund to provide direct financial aid to families of patients.

The Emerging Leaders Board is the junior board of up-and-coming leaders in the Central Florida community committed to Runway's mission. The group's efforts focus on advocacy as well as raising dollars for the charity's family assistance fund.

"I am thrilled to continue my service and affiliation with Runway to Hope in this meaningful way," said Tyler. "I am heartened by my colleagues' dedication to Runway's cause and the impact we are having on our Central Florida community."

Tyler currently serves as the board's Governance Chair through the end of the year.
